Alternative Dispute Resolution
I am a qualified neutral under Rule 114 on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s Roster of Qualified Neutrals. Although I am a licensed psychologist, when I am providing the divorce related services listed below, I am not providing clinical psychological services.
Parenting Consulting
A Parenting Consultant is a trained professional who works with families, typically on an ongoing basis, to resolve disputes over parenting.
Mediation
The mediation process is one in which parents work together to devise al parenting plan that is mutually acceptable to both parents.
Social Early Neutral Evaluation (SENE)
An SENE is a voluntary process parents may choose to participate in when they disagree about custody or parenting issues.
BFAs can be useful for assessing family dynamics, determining how to re-establish an interrupted parent-child relationship, and assessing a child’s wishes in relation to parenting time.
Child Inclusive Mediation (CIM)
Child Inclusive Mediation (CIM) is a process of mediation designed to assist parents in reaching good decisions for their children’s future arrangements.
